About the Event
Students from Duke's Research in Engineering Program (DukeREP) closely examine a spin-coated silicon wafer as part of a photolithography demonstration from SMIF staff Jay Dalton, examine the MicroCT sample chamber with SMIF staff Holly Leddy, and identify samples based on Scanning Electron Microscope images with SMIF staff Catherine McKenas.
