Your organization has been granted 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. What's next? In these four (4) two-hour one-on-one sessions, I will provide comprehensive coaching on various aspects of running a nonprofit organization: Week 1: Getting Started During this session, we will delve into the critical considerations that come with managing a nonprofit organization. I'll provide guidance on how to effectively identify and evaluate potential board members, staff, and volunteers. We will explore various strategies for attracting and retaining the right people who are aligned with the organization's mission and vision. Week 2: Building the Foundation: Organizational Structure While nonprofits are driven by a social mission, they still require a sound organizational structure to operate successfully. In this session, we will thoroughly discuss the essential systems and procedures necessary for establishing a strong foundation for your organization. From governance to operational processes, we'll cover everything you need to build and grow your nonprofit effectively. Week 3: Establishing Your Brand Building a compelling organizational brand is crucial for the long-term success of any nonprofit. During this session, I will provide in-depth coaching on creating a strong organizational brand through effective networking, crafting impactful elevator pitches, cultivating sponsorships, and more. We will explore strategies to effectively communicate your nonprofit's mission, values, and impact to key stakeholders and the broader community. Week 4: Next Steps In this session, we will dive into the various benefits available to nonprofit organizations, including access to discounted and free resources. We will also discuss the crucial topic of grants and explore the strategies for identifying and pursuing relevant grant opportunities. Additionally, I will be available to address any additional questions or concerns you may have as you continue to build and expand your nonprofit organization. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to receive a refund. However, if a client cancels less than 24 hours the refund will not be returned.
